Fairly nice case, I like the amount of drive bays, but why isn't the inside black :shadedshu

The Element S has the black, this should too, especially since they say they cater to gamers. Not too sure on this as they leave the front intake fan optional. Im so sick of companies cheaping on this. Who cares if they leave it for you to get your own and customize it, Id rather have something than nothing.

Pretty much what I was going to say, until I saw the pictures.

This does indeed resemble an A300, but it looks a lot nicer and has the hole cut out the tray for mounting your coolers backplate...plus it looks to have fairly decent cable management.

It all comes down to pricing really...but I'm still not understanding "with emphasis on gamers"....do you need to be a gamer to buy such a case? :shadedshu

Yeah I was going to mention how this looks like Thermaltake trying to take some business from the Antec/Coolermaster solutions that look similar. NZXT's Tempest is on the same field too. I'm actually considering the Tempest over all the others, just because I never like to go for the conventional stuff that everyone else has.

if anything the front looks more like a Cooler Master 690. it's just a marketing ploy gaming cases usually emphasize on affordable cooling.

every company goes with that look they are called perforated drive bay covers with black paint, Antec didn't patent it.

NZXT Panzerbox $119 MSRP video preview here.

I like the Element S more.

Yes, I've seen this case in person in a computer store. On the inside it is almost a direct copy of the CM 590 internal dimensions. The GPU area is pretty long, but that doesn't excuse the total lack of innovation. With the back, they have a really weird way of "security" for USB cables, wired very closely to the back of the chassis. This is necessary because CM Storm company has a patent for their relatively simple PCI-e bracket USB trap solution, so TT had to design the USB trap into the case itself to copy Cooler Master's functionality without getting sued.

On the front it copies heavily from the Antec 300, and also the Thermaltake M9. The one benefit is that TT copies the CPU retention hole from the HAF 932 and you can't patent a square hole.

It is funny, the only unique looking chassis Thermaltake introduced this year was the level ten and that was really designed by BMW :banghead:.

...and here is exactly one reason why I don't approve of Thermaltake. Sure they do make decent stuff, but come on already. At least have a LITTLE originality.

Gotta love their noise ratings on their fans. That's the main reason why I dislike them. my "40db" fan can cause temporary deafness!
