I've been using the comp in my profile/avatar for about 2years now and today I started having a bootmrg missing problem. I was using the computer this morning fine and nothing was wrong. I shut it down and leave for some college class. I come back and hit the power on my comp and it takes a lot longer than normal to boot up. I then get a message saying BootMRG is missing. I googled the problem and saw the same answer in multiple places. It said to boot from my Vista disk, go into repair, open command promp and do a bootrec /fixboot and /fixmrg. I've tried both, but the problem is no windows instillation is even recognized. So even after running /fixboot multiple times and it always saying successful the problem persist.
I use 2hd's in my comp:
seagate barracuda 7200.11 1tb
seagate barracuda 7200.10 320Gb
The first is where my os is installed. The second is just used for file storage. Any help or programs that could help would be greatly appreciated.
