Are there any options on this motherboard's BIOS for Cool N Quiet or disabling it? What about powersaving in general?

Thanks. I'm having a problem right now though... when I turn on the computer and it goes straight to Windows without passing the BIOS screen first, the voltage on the processor is set the default way when I actually have it set higher. It takes restarting the computer for the voltage to be set correctly.

If the problem can't be fixed, is there a way to set it so that it always boots from the BIOS screen when the power button on the computer is pressed, instead of just appearing at Windows?

Unfortunately I never did figure out the low CPU voltage upon resuming Windows problem.
