if you want dx10, you're going to have to switch to vista. I dont think its so bad. the beta wasnt very glitchy, but it was indeed slow. The retail version will have much better ram management and will be much faster. I think it will be a good OS, not like XP in the least.

We'll see how it is in the final release...

boycott windows vista and DX10 then i exspect games makes will use openGL, i can honestly say i will be getting a hacked version of windows vista in about 2 years time minus all the DRM and when the price is £100 maximum
