9800pro, prolly you won't find 1 yet, so an 9800SE@pro should do.

eh, 2 high risk with 9800se (although i have it :D) ... for 150$ it will be hard 2 get more than 4 pipes ... (if you are buying a new, not used card), but for ~200$ you could get 8 pipes ... better look for x700 model rather than 9800 (& i hope you know if you must get it with AGP or PCIe slot)

I'm suprised no one's suggested the 9600 XT. If you luck out, you can find one within your price range.

yea, 9600 XT is a good one - maybe the best card with 4 pipes
