Asus: Is this 3/8" worth the extra $30?

Howdy Folks,
I was just hoping one of you would make up my mind for me between these two Asus monitors. One is 23.6", while the other is 24". Disregarding the fact that the one in the second link has a web cam, the first link is 30 bones cheaper. Any suggestions would be welcome, as the 15" Sylvania I currently have needs to go, pronto.

I think I would get the smaller one, because there is almost no difference except the size and that dumb camera. Only difference is wattage used (55w on the smaller, 60w on the larger). Resolution, refresh rate, etc, is all the same. Save your $30.

You could get a much better webcam for $30's you saved on the one without it. Same monitor except one has a camera on it, that's as far as I can tell.

Both monitors are both the same contrast ratio. Both 1000:1 (ASCR 20000:1).

I own the 24 inch one. Its a great monitor, but the webcam sucks. Get the smaller one, since the size difference is negligable, its the same res, and refresh rate, and use the 30 bucks towards something else, maybe like a good webcam

They're both technically 23.6" except one is rounded up and the other isn't.

Thanks for all of your help. My gut also told me to go with the cheaper one. It's always nice to have a little collaboration before chunking down cash.
