Assuming all three meet the needs of the system, I would pick the HX450. It's modular and can power any mainstream CPU and single GPU setup.

Response to Ninja Edit: I think 450W is plenty for an OC'ed E8400 / 8800 Ultra setup.

Aim for a bigger PSU, 8800 Ultra is a 90nm video processor and its rated 37 Amps @ full load, 40 amps @ Overclock, ived used my ultra until now but with twin el cheapo PSU:laugh:
