Celeron is to Pentium 4 as Pentium Dual Core is to Core 2 Duo.

Your CPU is definitely a Celeron Dual-Core. None of the 45nm Wolfdale Pentium Dual Cores have 1mb of L2 cache. The Wolfdale Celeron Dual Cores have 1mb of L2, the Pentium Dual-Core Wolfdales have 2mb of L2. CPU-Z is just mis-reporting your processor

EDIT: I'm an idiot, I didn't think to check on Intel's website :banghead: Disregard everything I said above

It's mean what you said above was wrong. Right?

There were two people who showed me this page but I couldn't see anything that proved my CPU is Pentium Dual Core or Celeron Dual Core. Sorry but I'm dim-witted

its a pentium dual core being reported wrongly as a celeron dual core.

Pentium is the name they use for the budget CPU's these days, so regardless of the name you still have a cut down wolfdale based CPU.
