Hello guys!
I really want a new screen for my computer, but really dont know what to do. I really want to buy a sync master from samsung but it has no hdmi support and nor my graphic card supports it. It has DVI-I, but i really dont know what this is. My graphic card as a lot of others supports this DVI and the VGA adaptors. Anyway i really dont have a large budget, around 275$ and the monitors in europe are much more costly as they are sold in euros not in dollars. Anyway i have posted the exact model i want, but dont know if it is good. I really appreciate every suggestion. :)

Even if it is 208$, in my country they are normally sold for 200 euros

^^ I Agree. Get a decent motherboard + CPU for starters. with the budget of 280$ you should be able to get a decent AMD setup ( Phenom II 550BE + 785 chipset based mobo = 200$ roughly). you will still be left with some spare cash. sell your current rig and get a mid range graphic card. bingo. you r good to go. sorry im not answering what you asked but as a computer enthusiast this really what comes to mind looking at your situation.
