It deppends what game you want to play, but don´t expect to play any new videogame with that processor.

yes ur PSU is enough for the HD 4670, and yea ur CPU is what'll lack, especially in crysis. Definitely need to grab at least 1gb of ram to enjoy any of those games at low settings.

i'd say grab 1 or 2 gb ram and the HD 4670 n you should be alright to game at acceptable frames with low settings

Yes, your PSU would be ok ...

well if are using XP then i think 1GB system memory would be enough ... and make sure you play new games at low settings and low resolution .... but you may be able to run COD 4 in medium settings with a P4+4670 ... COD 5 and 6 you will have to run at low settings and for crysis the lowest possible settings would do ...

I can play MW2 Far Cry 2 and Crysis with that processor. I have 3 gigs of ram though and I'm running a GT 9500 w/512mb. Those run on my second gamer listed below. Now you have to tone all your settings back, but these games still look fairly good toned back. I'd like to try that video card too. They have a GT 9600 low power low profile on Tigerdirect for I think 109 currently. That would really run nice with DDR3. Oh but it isn't AGP. Still a perfect card for cramped quarters if you have a PCI-X16 slot.

Your power supply will be fine. They always suggest more power then you really need.
