System Name MSI !
Processor Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 C0 @ 3.6 Ghz (1.28v)
Motherboard MSI P45T-C51
Cooling Xigmatek HDT S1283 + Arctic Cooling MX-2 |1x120mm Exhaust
Memory Kingston Value RAM 4GB DDR2 800Mhz Dual Channel | 5-5-5-15 [1.89v)
Video Card(s) Sapphire Radeon HD4850 Dual Slot (625/993) | Fan:100%
Storage Samsung SpinPoint T HD501LJ 500GB
Display(s) Samsung 943NWX 19" LCD 5ms
Case Codegen 9011
Audio Device(s) Realtek = Creative SBS 2.1 370
Power Supply FSP 700W
Software Windows 7 Ultimate !
Default Voltages - NB - 1.10v
CPU - 1.22v
Rams - 1.8v

Default FSB - 333 (x9)

So i increased the CPU vcore to 1.26v and Increased the NB to 1.18v and went 3.5 Ghz. that means 390 FSB (1:1 Ratio) so Ram voltage is still the same.. but when i select 400FSB (RAM - 800 Mhz) and These voltages (1.27v for CPU and 1.21v for NB) the pc doesnt boot.. it tries to boot about 3 times and comes to default settings..

I had a Foxconn MARS earlier. I OCed it to 3.6 using these voltages

1.28v for CPU
1.25v for NB

FSB - 400

that mobo is p35 and this is p45 .. so what do i need to do now to go for 3.6 Ghz ? wht do i need to increase ? after 1.27v CPU vcore is red colour .. and after 1.25v NB v is also red.

increasing volatages , will it damage the board ? or just we hav to care about the temperates ?

Wow those values turning red so early makes no sense. Anyway, I run a 445MHz FSB on my P45 with 1.2 volts on the NB. Something to consider.

try upping the cpu volts a tad and nb volts a tad when I was running P45 I used 1.3875v for 400fsb+ so its not out of the ordinary also the color turning red means nothing really just msi saying DONT OC TO HIGH OR YOU MAY HURT YOUR PC!!!!

W00t! . i tried .
FSB - 400
DRAM - 800 Mhz
CPU v - 1.28v (red :p)
Nb - 1.18v
and DRAM v - 1.84 (it was 1.8v)

seems like Ram was the thing that didnt let it to boot !

ah another question.. What is this "CPU GTL REF ? and NB GTL REF
