Problem Solved
My 8800GT recently decided to die and I had to replace it with this card. I chose a card with a custom cooler in the hopes that it would be quieter than the reference model but this card screams like a banshee at Eurovision. Does anyone know any way in which I can change the ruddy fan speed levels. AMD overdrive seems to have no effect on it, and neither does Gainward's EXPERTOOL. I have been out of touch with most of 2009's technological advances in the computer hardware world so I don't know much about other tools for tweaking. Any help would be appreciated. System specs are included in my profile. The temps are more than fine, the fan is working overboard.

Thats the card
EDIT: XML Profile trick also does not work.
