oh really? i didnt know that. i know every time i got a valve game it would have the ATI logos on the boxes. like when i got HL2 from wal-mart.

Yeah, me too. But teaming up with ATI isn't as bad as with NVIDIA I think, because they don't have proprietary techs like PhysX.

I have a very similar RIG milord but im getting constant 60fps ( Vsync on ). Everything MAXED.

Did you ever tried reinstalling TF2.

Nope. However, you have an HD5870. I've stumbled across a few forums with low fps on an HD5850, but never a HD5870.

Right click on the game and Deinstall it.

HD5870 and HD5850 are nearly the same card.
