Problem is DDC's all make a high pitched whine noise.
Thats why a lot of people dont look at them.

The CPX-PRO series, also the rebranded EK pumps, which are the same, are not quiet at all.

Zim, that would require me tip-toeing around the subject of my distaste/distrust of reviewers of the XT. ::EDIT:: I have more to say, but I'm going to remove it... this is dumb. Gabe is doing his job. I'm not going to harp on him for being a salesman.

Oh. So you're personally biased towards the reviewer. Therefore my findings are inaccurate and I must be on drugs.... This isn't the only review I have found where swiftech beats the hc 3.0.

Taking the drug accusation literally? I won't cross you again 3xZ. I'm biased towards that review and Gabe's products. He's been pretty shady and made a ton of tall claims. Even if the XT performs >1% over the HK, which it doesn't, I wouldn't buy it out of principal.

Just from holding both of them...The HC feels much heavier and you would expect it to outperform the Swiftech, no doubt about it. But the swiftech is a little better looking IMO.

Personally I like laminar flow more for cooling anyway. Feels better.

LOL. Yeah, I haven't heard the best things about Gabe. HOWEVER, some of the negative things I've heard about him came from a hypocritical SOB who likes to run with rumors, so I honestly am not sure what to believe. I've had decent luck with his products. Never the best, but never the worst.

I found the best small screws for my rad by accident at a local h/w store. They were out of the M-4 and 6-32's... I never even thought about hex screws and using a small Allen wrench though the top holes. Worked like a charm.. Doesn't even come close to the fins/copper.
