196.75 Nvidia driver - solution

We are aware that some customers have reported fan speed issues with the latest 196.75 WHQL drivers on NVIDIA.com. Until we can verify and root cause this issue, we recommend that customers stay with, or return to 196.21 WHQL drivers. Release 196.75 drivers have been temporarily removed from our website. It caused spotty display, choppy play of movie in MPC-HC with pauses and high rate of frames drop and overall less stable experience for me (windows recovered from graphic error or something like that). It also results in lower score of my graphic card in WEI. I reinstall 191.21 x64 for useable computer. Nvidia should be careful before releasing an update without thorough testing.
