Lol, if something like that happened to me (the main reason why I'm put off water-cooling!) I'd rinse the mobo in distilled and deionised water, apply a hair-dryer daily... and then perhaps after 4 or 5 days I'd try to see if it works.
You can't put metal in a microwave and plastic will melt! :roll:
