There is this strange problem that I am experiencing. I have saved a stable bios of 970/1048 with the default voltage setting.
But, when I want to change it to 1.375 or 1.4V vcore, the clock's claim to run at these in gputool and msiafterburner, but in sensors both are at the stock speeds but the sensor says the gpu voltage changed. now funny thing is i can change and apply the clocks gpu/mem to any setting and hit apply and this won't have any effect. also CCC overdrive does not work either, when i have edited the gpu voltage from stock.
I would hope to get some help from this community.

So i'm assuming you have ran several benchmarks to confirm this, correct? If not please try the Crysis built-in benchmark and let us know. Another thing please take some time to fill in your system information in the User CP to let us better understand your components and software, thank you.

Thank you for your reply, Dyno.
I'm disagreeing with you, that it would indeed take benchmarks to confirm that the clock speeds are indeed locked when I adjust the voltage.

I plan to re-flash my GPU with the ASUS bios version, and start again first of all with the voltage modification.
