from those brands, corsair is the best. It will also be the most expensive, but its quality is far above the others.

The quality is higher but not significantly higher. Corsair is more of a luxury and not a necessity.

Can you get Antec? Silverstone PSU are good, but the low end ones are quite bad and the same can be said for Coolermaster ones.

What about Silverstone? I remember reading from a few different people on these fourms a couple years back that Silverstone was the shit...

Silverstone puts out some excellent PSUs. I overall rank them as being on par with Corsair.

CoolerMaster has some decent PSUs but some that are junk. Avoid them if you don't want to invest significant time researching which ones are worth buying.

I don't know much about Xiggy's PSUs. Be aware that a CWT-made Xigmatek is not necessarily the same quality as a CWT-made Corsair. While the reputation of the OEM should be considered, the quality of an individual model depends on the platform and components chosen by the "re-brander" (Xigmatek in this case).

I have a Corsair 650HX, which has 80+ bronze efficiency, and enough connectors for 2 graphics cards.

It powers my i7 920 + 4830 crossfire. No problems in over 6 months.

Right not you can get one from new egg for $120 ($100 with rebate). LINK

I have the impression that Corsair is one of the best PSU makers right now.

thermaltake may have some powersupplies in your price range and they are also CWT built like xiggy and some corsair models.

off your list the xiggy is good for the price
