motherboard suggestions

i need a new mb, and i need a few suggestions on what to buy.
my needs-
p35 p45 x38 x48
s775
ddr2
2x pcie slots or more, to fold on
decent oc'er with a q6600
and a decent replacement for a x38 maximus formula.

i would really like to jump up to I7 or phenom, but i just cant afford new mb, cpu, ram and retention bracket for my waterblock.

links are appreciated, and pm's with used gear at good prices are welcome. remember this is TPU and i don't want any g31 or 965 boards.

i'm also gonna fold if that gives me any discount on your used gear.

to be honest AMD Boards are soooo much cheaper than intel boards that I would go with an amd 780 chipset boards with a phenom II chip, and Phenome II chips have both ddr2 and ddr3 memory controllers on them so you don't need to buy new ram either

Gigabyte's P45 boards are legendary.

There was an Asus P45 Clubhouse a loooong time ago where people(including myself) posted 500+FSB.

Ive had my P45 up to 410 when I was benching it. Dont kno if it would go higher, never really tried.

ordered these just now. G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 ...

going to pick up the motherboard at microcenter when i get paid wednesday.

UPDATE-
dammit!!! after i ordered the ripjaws i gave the maximus another try, and IT LIVESSSS!!!!!!!!! it think.

i'm installing windows now on it. before, it would crash at the loading windows screen. so hopefully since there is no rush, to get a working rig. i can save up and get a nice p55 board and i7.
