Looking for a original Sapphire X1900 XT Bios

Hello!

I am looking for a original X1900 XT bios. It is a original bios which I "accidentally" misplaced. If there is anyone who has the this bios or knows where in sapphire I could write an email and ask for one?

This is the bios number:

PN 102-A52025-54-AT

well, is it the 512mb or 256mb card?
