To be 100% sure, you could remove the heatsink/fan and check the chip.

I think it is possible when you create a cutom bios with was it NBitor? you can put your own message so it can display anything when booting up

while reinstalling my old problem came back .. this problem only occurs when i use this 9500gt graphic card .. i used 8600gt it dont have this problem

i solved this problem by using a inf enhancer from www.laptopvideo2go.com

the issue is here again.... is there any problem in using inf enhancer?

Well other than you technically shouldn't have too use a modded inf to install WHQL drivers.

This is looking more and more suspicious by the minute....
I would uninstall all NVIDIA drivers, reboot, CCleaner, then do Windows Update, see what driver MS finds you?
Then see what GPU-Z reports your card as...

why don't you let nvidia site search for graphics driver and then you will automaticly see with card you have

i removed all th nvidia display driver files using driver sweeper rebooted reinstalled the fresh new verson of 258.96 driver..

it still shows the same do you think i should try using another version of windows?
