I was wondering if a new company joined the Green team. Looks good but the green edition seems to be just underclocked to be honest.

It's not a new company, it's just what Galaxy is going to be known as in EU. Just like Palit uses the Gainward brand in certain markets.

I wonder how true that is? Or is it just marketing spin? I'd like to have a head-to-head vs. the MSI HAWK Twin Frozr w.r.t. temperatures, power consumption and noise.

mmm SLI pack is an excellent idea, especially if the price is slightly less than just buying two 1gb cards.

KFA2=Galaxy. But i believe that KFA2 is the European Galaxy, so these cards probably won't be on newegg unless they brand it as Galaxy and bring it over here to the U.S.

That's pretty awesome to put two GTX 460's in a single package:rockout:

Sure wish they'd list price on their site. Oh well...still waiting on Amazon to get the Asus OC edition back in stock. Think I'd rather have that now then buy a 2nd board when prices drop for ATI 6 series launch.

Reaching your left retina.
Looks good but the green edition seems to be just underclocked to be honest.

lol true, but those are stock GTX460 clocks. It's just that most 460's you see are factory overclocked. In fact, I have not seen any stock clocked cards yet in any of the (r)etailers I use to visit from time to time.

The reality is that Nvidia severely crippled reference 460 clocks on purpose so that the card didn't eat into GTX470's performance bracket, since nothing could help the GTX465. They need to clear out those GF100 chips before they completely unleash GF104.
