Yes he can, at least there was nothing on the first nda about talking about the game. You can't post videos/picture about it, but you can say "Just played it and it's awesome!" or "gave it a quick spin, looks good, but cars feel wobbly".

..somebody else at home
Saw it has some shadow flickering , and the graphics options are , not great , doesn't make a huge difference , just draw distance a bit , some trees and grass and a little shadows , clearly changing nothing significant and it EATS 30 FPS off the 50 FPS avreage on Radeon HD 5850.
I think it was "environmental settings" , and changin from LOW to VERY HIGH ! lol ... the other settings , didn't made ANY change from meduim to high, at least I didn't spot at all , and a 26 inch monitor on 1920x1200 afaik.
But the fact is , the graphics are good even without tweaks , so it's not bad in the end, for such a game and it's a beta!
You can't drive in the water , .... damn i was hoping for some giant enemy crab

I did the beta on the first, PS2, and pc versions.
When the first came out, the ability to so other people in your game, and then to race with any of them at the push of a button, was pretty neat. And then, you could select any point on the map to race to...
Was the only time I ever connected my PS2 to the internet...
I don't see how much more this could offer, other than newer graphics.
Anyway, in that beta, alot of features were disabled. I bet the same is true on this version...so I'll reserve judgement on this title until I get a chance to play.

Did you turn the settings up? It's in beta after all. I get a good 60 fps+ with my rig. I disagree with the rest of your comment completely.

Graphics are lacking thats for sure..not terrible just not very good either. I was getting good FPS and I had my main GPU folding ..lol .
1920X1080 every thing set to very high. X4
Everything worked tho..Crossfire accross all GPU's....Keys assignable to RumblePad no issue.

no real car damage, poor texture sprites, texture resolutions, just the graphics them selfs, water physx was a joke looked like a picture slide show for some reason, it looks alright, i didnt mean shit.
Just not as good as all the competition.
