Plexiglass barrel?

Alright guys, I need your help here. I'm looking towards making a custom pc case, but to do it I will need a cylinder shaped piece of plexiglass, essentially a plexiglass barrel. It will need to be about 18 inches in diameter, and 18 in height. Anyone have any idea where i can find something like this? :confused:

first thing that came to mind was an acrylic aquarium. Maybe you can find a used one cheap enough to tinker with.

hmm acrylic aquarium eh? now you gave me the idea to ditch the red led fans and just use mineral oil lol

edit: will red food dye in mineral oil fuck up parts?

Good idea, but I live in Japan, so getting stuff will be difficult...

Your Location says Florida.. :cry:

Mineral Oil shouldn't mess with the parts, but I would test the factor of it being with red dye.. That might be something that would make for a good Google section..

unfortunately not, however i think I'll be able to figure something pit out with the aquarium, however now its a matter of the red dye... basically my plan is to make a two part plexi cylinder, where the bottom half is a red looking area with components, and top half is a DnD miniature battleground based in a fiery.. dont ask, it was a request

Well, if the red dye doesn't work out.. can all ways do a two part bottom.. to where the components are in a casing it self, then a thin Cylinder around it that would hold the Red dye'd Mineral oil...

just a thought on if the thing doesn't pan out for you
