Hello there :)

i bought a HD 5670 for my friends PC to replace his sapphire HD 3650 which he currently has. its running on a 350w power supply ATM, on a HP PC with a Pentium D 3.2ghz and 2.5gb ram, on a Intel i945p chipset, which has the 16x pci slot not 2.0 or 2.1

i thought since its using less power at idle then the 5670 would work but its getting no display... tried with VGA and DVI cables. i have also tried the card on my own PC and it runs fine with the proper FPS in games, so the cards fine.

needs a new PSU then im assuming?

Try to remove the card at least 3 times for the first time and set up again
That happens with old bios or new hardwares

You may want to try out the card in other pc and other PSU , if the same happends the card may be faulty.

wouldnt low power usually give a beeping sound? or not in this case because it gets all its power from the pci slot...
