I am going to build my first watercooling setup on my asus maximus extreme mobo. I have the h70 cooling my q9650 but as the x38 gets very hot i am unable to reach 4ghz ( currently i am running the cpu @ 400x9 3600mhz which is IBT stable)

as soon as the x38 reaches 40degrees the system is very unstable sa i need to cool it enough to get 4ghz

Now i need to know which is the best 240mm rad as i am on a budget and as for the pump i am going to get the Swiftech Laing D5 Vario MCP655

thank you for your help!

The Black Ice Xtreme 3 is DD best performer, however the price is on the upper end of a budget.

The The Black Ice Xtreme 2 for $55 would be a balanced approach.
