Windows 7 drivers issue

Does anyone have n idea why when im installing windows it wont find any drivers at all? The net is fine.when i install the ethernet driver it works but anyone have anidea? Thanks

Because you have to download and install the drivers manually from the manufacturers website.

Windows doesn't install your chipset, graphics, or audio drivers for you. You have to download and install these yourself.
Go to the Asus site and download them.

EDIT: Why? Why? Why am I being ninja'd on a daily basis?

the majority of those drivers are usually found your motherboard software disc (i.e the yellow exclamation marked hardware in your device manager)

others could be gfx drivers and sound card drivers and any misc hardware providers that you may have attached

When i had the older system the drivers was automatically installed. Same in many pcs i formatted

Yea, you can do it that way, but it's far from the best way.
Go here and fill in your system specs, and check the box to let us see them. This will help us help you.

Since (I'm guessing) you have a performance motherboard, you want the REAL drivers installed. Not the ones that come with windows.

MS do not add every single available driver in the world to the OS disc, yes they put some in there and they will be OLD

You should fill them in in the link I gave you - it will save you listing them when you need help.

Have you tried repeatedly pressing delete when you turn the PC on to get into BIOS? sorry wrong thread!!!

Well, the question has been answered. Go to your manufacturer's website and get the drivers from there.
