Okay, thanks. The packaging says 2.0-2.1v..
Am I correct in assuming there is going to be a little trial-and-error here, or do I need to go ahead and choose one over the other?

You can try it at 2.0 and see if it works. You are gonna test the memory with "memtest86+" to make sure it is stable. Running it for 20 minutes or so will let you know if the voltage is ok. If you get errors, you'll need to bup it up. Get the bootable ISO here:

I went ahead and had a look at the bios, and "Dram Timings Selectable" was not there.
It didn't show what the current voltage is either, but did apparently gave me the option to change it under ddr2 overvoltage control. +0.1 up to +0.7, with .1 and .2 being in white, .3 and .4 in pink, and the rest in red.
It also showed that the frequency is already at 1066.

Reading up on cpu-z revealed the following;
CPU-z only registers one side of the dual data rate hence ddr, doubling that number gives actual dual data rate,
Here is a screenshot of what cpu-z is telling me.

Based on the quote above it seems the ram is already working mostly correct, with the exception of the timings.
Anything stand out to those more experienced with the program?

You need to change the ram timings.
On gigabyte boards, when you hit DEL on boot to get into the bios screen, you must press control and f1 together to unlock/open the overclocking options further. Then you can go into the M.I.T. and change them and voltages too.
Also, it looks like you might have the ram in the wrong slots as it is indicating single rather than dual channel.
Make sure the ram are in the same colored ram slots they should be in slots 1 & 3 or slots 2 & 4.

Also make to to save your profile (another bios option) when you are done and make sure pci-e is locked at 100 if overclocking.

Damn, I had no idea about the slots.
I have them in one and two, didn't think it mattered.
Okay, I'll fix that, and fool around with the bios again.

I don't overclock anything myself, but should I still lock it at 100 since my video card was factory overclocked?

You don't have to if it is stable.

Never had any problems with the card outside of driver issues, so I'll leave it be.
I'll modify this post with the results once I've finished.

Edit: I made the changes, but haven't touched the voltage.
Nowhere did it say what the current voltage was, so I didn't want to up it in case it's been automatically set to the correct value..
Is there any way to check?

Edit 2: Found out it's already at 2.0v.
No apparent problems as of yet, but I'll go run memtest just to be safe.

Edit 3: Ran memtest for an hour and a half, no errors. Looks like I'm good to go. I'm noticing a significant decrease in load times, now. Very nice.
I want to thank ya'll again for all your help. I've learned a lot from your advice, suggestions, and pointing out of my stupid mistakes.
