How to enable powerPlay on HD3450

I have just bought an Club3D HD3450 (it's a bit old one but is far better than the onboard one

I have instaled latest drivers from AMD but I am not able to find how to enable powerplay in CCC (I have 11.3) and the GPU doesn't throttle down when in 2D, does anyone know how?

Powerplay is supported here.

i using onboard 890gx HD4290 it work for me fine on 11.4 or 11.3

Where is the option? I've been searching in Power and Performance but there isn't any option

i don't find any option for disable or enable powerplay..

ATI web site states that the Power Play option only exists in the 3800 series and higher.

on board HD 3200 also has powerplay technology

before i upgrade to msi 890GX i was using biostar 790GX board

there is no option. its automatic.

my guess is that you have hardware acceleration enabled in your browsers or flash, and thats locking it.

on a gpu like that i could just be the load from windows aero (or whatever the windows 7 equivalent is)
