6990 Bios Edit possible ?

Is it at the moment possible to edit the bios succesful if I only change the voltage Clock Info 00 ? Or will this end in a BSOD ? :nutkick:

There is no working bios editor. Thats absolutly unacctebale for every overclocker :wtf:

I hope there will be another bios editor released.

You are just blocking the extreme overclocker.

You are just blocking the extreme overclocker.

the catalyst drivers are specifically engineered to block modified bioses, you need to talk to amd about getting this fixed. it's not a fault of the bios editor

you need to talk to amd about getting this fixed. it's not a fault of the bios editor

I'm just a frustrated overclocker :)

I need more than 1,25 volt....

Sapphire trixx is very cra*** for Quadfire and the Asus Smart doctor caused frame drops....

but ok I think there is no solution in this case :(

And this protection is only for Radeon 6990 owner ?

AMD says: AMD has nothing changed on the driver site, to block Bios-Overclocking. But maybe they has changed the Process for flashing the Bios.
