Going to try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest Catayst and drivers today when I get home.
Basically I've noticed a few funky things. Occasionally my system will seemingly "freeze". I usually hit the reset button at this point but I decided to wait it out the other day and after about a minute it came to again and told me the AMD drivers had quit working. Ok Hmm...
When I start up catalyst, the window seems to lose "focus" 20-30 times rapidly and during this time I can't click anything in the catalyst window and I'm getting the "loading, wait" wheel spinning. It'll come to and be fine after that.
When I try to manually set the fan speed in Catalyst it doesn't do anything... I can't hear the fan spin up any more at 100% than I can anything else.
I had MSI Afterburner for a little while but decided I didn't want any hassle and would rather run at stock everything than try and troubleshoot occasionally.
Anyone else had this issue? I'm not sure what version catalyst or drivers I'm using right now so I can't offer that information just yet. I'll look when I get back home and I'll update everything and see if that solves it.
Anyone else experienced anything like this?
