hi guys i need help, i don't know how to plug this cable and is this USB 2.0?
becasue there is no usb 2.0 plug for me to plug in mainboard

it looks usb 2.0
btw are you sure your board aint have usb 2.0 pins? you must miss it, try to check the board carefully. it should be marked usb 1 or usb 2 and it usually placed on the bottom of the board
note: if you not sure its usb 2.0 or not, just remove the from panel and trace the cable ;)

A Typical USB plug has two limes of pins (much like the HD Audio plug), with this case it is only one line. Open the motherboard manual, or get online and look for the USB pins on the motherboard, and also get the wiring layout. After that it should be pretty easy to see where and in which way that plug goes onto the motherboard.

I may be a bit new at this. But is that a case speaker lead by chance? have you referred to your Case manual?

Thats what I was missing in my computer too peet. damn I have to contact CM to ask for my USB header with two LIMES of pins.... Sorry saw this and couldn't resist! :D

The front I/O only has a single USB 2.0 port, so instead of the dual layered plug end (that is used for 2 ports at once), Lancool shipped this case with a single layered plug.

the empty hole in the plug end goes on the NC/KEY end of the mobo header. There are only four wires in that plug from the case correct? One of the five holes is empty?

but there is a cable port for audio already...
