Making Shadowrun a FPS in the first place was such an Uggh moment. :cry:

I wish they would make it into an MMO. Would be better off that way. What up Street Sam!

This has a great feature going for it: online play with PC, PS3 & XBOX 360 platforms all inhabiting the same game world on the same server. This is a first.

So, the two hotly competing console platforms, bitter rivals, working together. Who'da thunk it?

It looks they're trying to apply the Rift/WoW model to lure in those that like shooter games rather than RPGs.

It's not a first, Shadowrun did it as the OP implies. And I'm sure there are more examples.

Damn I was thinking of the other Shadowrun; the one from the 90's where you got a bomb in your head and you gotta get it defused. Shame, I would have loved to see that re-done.
Wiki-ing it reveals that it stems from the same source though.

Ok, I stand corrected. I certainly hadn't hear of it before, but I don't think there's enough implication in the OP to think it had been done before.
