im planning on installing the intel rapid storage technology driver for my mobo soon from asus offical support website but i was curious because one time i installed marvell drivers from asus and they completly ruined my ocz vertex 3, i couldnt install windows on it because it was non compliant. had to return that and get another ocz vertex 3 120gb. will this affect my hdds and ssds at all, i dont want to have to go over to microcenter again because ocz vertex 3 will get messed up?

It shouldn't mess anything up. I have it installed on my X58 with my two 500GB's in raid 0 with no issues, It allows me to clean up my raid when I need too
