The engine they are using for MW3 is the same exact one the used for MW2. Whats funny is they used an OLDER engine then MW2 to make Black Ops.

I could relocate a study that shows that i don't give a rat's ass about how old are the players as long as i know IM having fun playing it. when you were young and you wanted to play DOOM, who stopped you from doing it?

This is sorta a different situation, take the consideration if there was that many young people, which I actually think is true then you wont have that much fun because of player base. It's the usual though,

I would expect game-play to be like black op's same idea-older engine \
modern warfare 3- same idea- same engine \
modern warfare 2 - same idea-same engine \
modern warfare - original idea- original engine(great) \
cod 5- same idea- different weapons- same engine? \
^I might be off on the above^ but if they have been switching engine's between games and it still looks frankly the same that's crazy. How are people just re-buying a copy of a copy

HOW about they switch it up and stop being so tight with that wallet, afraid customer base might leave if any drastic change

when you join a server, and if you don't talk no one will really bother you. If your in a multiplayer server and you start talking and interacting, you usually hear a couple of smart ass barley getting pub's on the balls people.

I want to play a game base where I can associate with people that have responsibility's and and manner's so I can at least have a multiplayer experience. I don't want to be so pirate and shady while playing online because of people that frankly have not grown up to use a mic or survive in society.

I have 50x more fun joining a team fortress 2 server and talking to a regular player base that is not going to be stupid in any way and just play the game and make the best of it.

EA n the C.O.D. definitely know that a lot of the player base is under the age and use's the hard working father n mother's money on another 60 dollar title after the last 4-5 of them, on top of the 10$+ for any update that comes out. Greedy bastards.

SP mode? Who cares!? SP gaming is like a one night stand, one time fling for enjoy, then on to the main course. It's all about MP mode.

Sorry they still pay license fees. Just look at the fine print on the back of MW2 which uses the latest CoD engine. iD software is written right there.

The propriety license was lifted and has become an individual engine which is my point, the licensing fees are not surprising.

Sledgehammer games announced that the IW engines which are based on older ID engines will no longer be under ID software, they wrote over the engines code several times to the point where they broke away from the proprietary license. That is what they, the developers of Modern Warfare 3 etc. have stated.

I never said anything about licensing fees as i don't know if they do, only that i wouldn't be surprised if they had to.

qubit you're doing a fine job with the news! The last time i bought a COD based on just graphic was "COD 2".. Actually that was the first COD game I played because i liked the graphics.. (I was to busy playing BF to play the first COD).. But once i started.. The story was amazing and i couldn't stop playing it until I finished the SP.. Which took me around 6 hours.. but I played all night!..lol But hands down.. I buy BF games for MP overall.. But i would have to say BF's graphics are better.

although this has nothing to do with the topic, and dissecting a joke is not the most logical thing: that makes no sense.

they performed a mercy cut to lessen the pain and torment the deadee experiences. they can still very much perform seppoku wrong.

also, kaishaku was not a permanent fixture in seppoku, but rather came during a later period , the "Edo" period. kaishaku is generally translated as an etiquette or way of acting. it included but was not limited to the mercy decapitation.
