in short terms, no. it only has 1 +12v rail with 20a on it thats too low for a 7950gt and a e6400, you may find that it works but i wouldnt think it would be too stable and you might run into problems, so its best to get a decent one to avoid any hassle. try and get one with around 30a on the 12v rail or if dual 12v rails at least 18@ also go with a good make such as hiper/ocz/antec/coolermaster as all cheap psu's are going to be the same as that one you have or worse.

my advice is look at the psu thred in my siggy(wish it was just sticky lol)

a fortron 400watt or better will be plenty of power ashen and i use the same psu(got the same one at the same time) 400watt fortron with 12cm fan. 42bucks on newegg

I have to agree since there's a 7950gt running off it. Maybe you could add a Thermaltake powerexpress 250w for the graphics. Fits in a 5.25" bay and has 2 pcix power connectors. There only $45 and that's the route I chose over replacing my Antec 480w. Cheaper then a new psu. My 480w is running 4 sata hdds, 2 dvd/cdrw, 2gb ddr-2, and a 6600 running at 3420. Not to mention the fans. 8 of them, 2x120mm 4x80mm, 2x 40mm. oh... and a floppy. The Antec has a thermally controlled fan and I never hear it spin up.

A 500w PSU should be WAY enough for a rig with a peak of 200-250w, depending on the condensators used etc.

But this PSU looks crappy with one +12v and with those funny rails. The 500w label might be a joke or something.

Well, let's just say it should be an Enermax, FSP, Chieftec, Yesico... with rails above:
+3,3v @ 15A
+5v @ 15A
+12v1 @ 12A
+12v2 @ 15A
etc...

Yeah, something like that...

The rated PSU's wattage means crap these days.
The rated PSU's wattage is based off of the amps given off by the 3V, 5V and 12V lines put together.

However, the 12V rail(s) are the ones that power most of your components.
Take a look at this thread ( http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=23843 ).
It shows the lists of PSU brands based on their quality.

Def. get at least a PSU with 30a on the 12v rail(s)

Antec has not had the best rep as of late.
I wouldnt recommend them anymore.

Try looking for a FSP.
Also, I doubt a 350W will support or give you much head room.
Spend the money on a good PSU.

FSP 400w is cheap, Enermax 400w is expensive. How much do you want to spend on it? :D

BTW IMHO FSP 350w got all the headroom you need.

Edit: ANY kind of quality label is bullshit that every crap PSU has. BTW it only means that the product will not shock you to death...

...when correctly used. :wtf:

kk so how much would u thnk i should spend on a good quilty psu

With both of my systems I spent about $100-120 on a PSU.

Please note that the Antec I got is now about a year old when they were producing good PSUs, not the faulty ones they have been producing as of late.

If you want a really good PSU with lots of headroom for upgrades look at a OCZ GameXStream (comes in 600W, 700W and 850W).
They seem to have good reviews and a lot of people are picking them up.
You could prob. get one on sale for $115.

However, FSP makes really good PSUs as well.
I would look for a good 500W+ from them.

Themaltake isnt a bad brand.
However, every PSU I look at seems to have a lower amperage on the 12V line than other brands.
For example:
A thermaltake 500W might have 20A on the 12V line, whereas other good brand 500W PSUs have 30A on the 12V line.

However, they are reliable.
