HP dm1z $320 shipped

I have a HP dm1z that has minimal use. I originally intended to buy it and use to take notes in class but I was too busy watching netflix or browsing the web so I stopped using it. I bought it around 6 months ago and warranty is still intact. There is only a few scratches but it is under the netbook, it is in almost new condition. I am looking for $320 shipped. My heatware is fadedmemories.
Edit: I can do local meets in the NYC or CNJ areas.

it was down to this or an acer 13.3" that I was going to get. I decided on the Acer since I have larger than usual hands and typing is a pain on the lil' notebooks.
