Online store that delivers to Eastern Europe

So, a friend of mine has asked whether I know any UK computer stores that would deliver to Latvia (which is deep in Eastern Europe, between Estonia and Lithuania). However, whenever I checked any of my favorite stores (scan, ebuyer, overclockers), I realised that none of them send packages that far. Hence why I'm here. Hopefully somebody knows

Thank you. I actually remember that on another forum (Latvian one), there were people who ordered in bulk from caseking (like a group purchase). Thanks again.
