My question is, will a corsair tx 850" fit in my coolermaster elite black 430, it's because i never used a psu with a 140mm fan.?

I personally own this psu. It is of standard size, the same you would expect from any psu in the 500-900 watt range.

Video Card(s) RTX 2070 Super
Storage 500GB SX8200 Pro + 8TB with 1TB SSD Cache

Case Fractal Design Define S
Audio Device(s) Onboard is good enough for me
Power Supply eVGA SuperNOVA 1000w G3
Software Windows 10 Pro x64
It should fit, no problem. They are standard size width wise, they are just longer than a standard PSU, so it will probably cover part of that second fan spot on the bottom of the case.

Make sure you get the TX850 v2, the old one is a CWT PSH 750 (TT Toughpower) pushed to 850W. The new one OTOH is a SeaSonic build.

What kind of setup are we looking at to power? Overkilling the PSU isn't the best idea. By the time of upgrade comes, your unit would have it's per-watt performance (regulation, transient response etc.) decreased, then you might want a new one again.

It's not exact that the card will come out in January 9. That's just a rumor from the idiotic Turkish site, really. It's not like AMD announced it or something. Those kind of sites (SemiAccurate, BrightSideofNews) always make up rumors. They're a hit or miss.

Anyway, according to here, the 7950 will have a 150W TDP on 22nm:

http://www.tomshardware.com/news/amd-HD-7900-XDR2-Rambus-Memory,13408.html

The closest card to it with a 150W TDP would be a 6870. Let's look at how much power 6870 CF draws then.

421W peak from the wall on an overclocked, WC'ed i7 965 machine. You can get a PC P&C Silencer 760 and have room to spare.

As you can see from the 6870 CF setup of Guru3D, they peaked 412W. And that's before pulling out the fact that they have an OC'ed i7 965, CCFL lights and watercooling. Would be way more than enough.

But if you still want more, you can get a PowerBird 900, which is one hell of a PSU.

I picked one up a while ago and it looks gorgeous with the shiny titanium finish. It gets 10/30mV ripple while pulling 900W in the hot box. Fully modular and has 6 OCP set-points. Meaning you have 6 protection points in case of a failure. One out of 6 of your parts will be lost instead of losing everything in case of a catastrophic failure.
