yes or at the very very very least some artic Mx4 thermal and a 50mm or 40mm fan on the stock heatsink
those temp sensors are not to be trusted there is no way you are at 30c at 500Mhz at 1.51v

Have you checked P5K Pro NB heatsink? I think it's not that bad as usual NB heatsinks...

I have Artic Ceramique thermal grease under the heatsink. And my cpu cooler (Zalman Fatal1ty CS-F77) is designed to cool surrounding components...
