Oh and remember to REMOVE ALL OLD VIDEO DRIVERS using the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS in CONTROL PANEL, (so if u happen to have an INTEL or ATI video card before remove the Intel Video/ATI VIDEO drivers first before install the NVIDIA ones.)

I am 90% positive its your PSU.

Go seasonic or corsair...Seasonic is king of PSU's however they can be pricey.

I have the following reccomended PSU in order from best to worst (worst not really being bad or anything just not as good as ones mentioned before)

SeaSonic X750 Gold for 149.99
SeaSonic X750 Gold 750W ATX12V V2.3/EPS 12V V2.91 ...

CORSAIR Gaming Series GS700 700W ATX12V for 109 (-$5 Mail in rebate)= $105
CORSAIR Gaming Series GS700 700W ATX12V v2.3 80 PL...

SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 for 69.99 (THIS IS NOT MODULAR, if u dont mind)
SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 1...

CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W for $79.99 with Rebate ($10 off w/ promo code EMCJHJG54, ends 12/19)
CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2....

Well since i probably wont be online till tomorrow Good Luck.

Try to Download and install ALL 3 of the following programs and RUN them

Furmark
http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/

3DMark06
3DMark Vantage
http://www.futuremark.com/download/

if it crashes also then i am pretty sure its your PSU (i would gaurentee it if i could test it with a multimeter, but unless u are familiar with multimeters and electric current i wouldn't not reccomend u try unless u really know what u are doing, its measurments should be close to 3.3v, a good PSU will supply steady votages between 3.2v-3.4v for the 3.3v)

Get a TRUE/REAL/NOT CHEAP/ 650W ATX V2.3 or better , most real PSU are heavy in weight, cheap ones are lighter in weight. I have reccomended good ones in the previous post above.

Note:I doubt this is your problem but Im also taking into consideration that you never tried installing/reinstalling directx. Its always a good idea to scan your computer for malware too to make sure its not causing problems, get Anti-Malwarebytes

Good Luck and Post back, let us know what happens

considering he didnt have any problem until he put in the new video card that would leave me to doubt it is a CPU temp problem. Its most likely the video card needs more power and is not receiving the proper votages from the PSU's PCI-E molex 3.3v and its entire 3.3v rail. On the other hand if he accidently dinged the ram stick(s) or damaged them somehow during install of the video card it could be the video card and/or RAM. i would have helped him test ram but he decided to skip the 6 hour memtest and decided to just get a better PSU. Im pretty sure its the PSU anyways considering others with same PSU have had problems and its not a good 750W PSU that he has. Google that PSU model he has and u will see others with similar problems.

i didnt see him say anything about him mentioning flashing....i dont think he flashed anything
im 90% sure its his PSU, as long as he doesn't get another cheap PSU and he gets one of the ones i recommended for his setup he should be fine.

Powercool is crap on a stick. I would have no doubts that the 12v rail is dropping tripping the undervolt protection on either the mobo or PSU. I would look at any good 500w+ unit. Thermaltake, Enermax, PCP&C, Corsair, OCZ, BFG, Antec, Silverstone, Seasonic, CoolerMaster, E-Power, FSP, Mushkin, ToPower, XFX, Xigmatek. If its not one of those don't get it. Those are all of the popular Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. You do NOT need more than a 500W unit, but you need one that is stable at ~350w max. Apparently your PowerCrap is not. I recommend you swap it out before it leads to a major problem.

i am 99.9% sure it is your PSU, get a good PSU, you will have no problems with the ones i mentioned, however if you wish you can one of the brands "cdawall" mentioned, however beware i would not reccomended anything lower than a real 600W with the 560 ti, 500W is borderline (minimum i'de reccomend)... and u may or may not have problems with a 500W depending on how many fans, drives, lights, usb devices, and dvd roms u have installed. Just do yourself a favor and get a good name brand 600W or better.
