In on the Beta for this and it has it's charms. All the good ear and eye candy of SHIFT 2 but leaning much more into the Sim category and they are very community oriented so it has great potential.

Well admittedly I haven't been keeping up on the latest builds(too many games...) But from what I have played with it so far it so far shares very similar physics to SHIFT 2(same base engine). Like I said they have been very open to community input and most want it more "sim like" So I suspect as it matures it will lean more in that direction.

I think with all the waiting and set backs Diablo III will have a 2015 launch date ! In other words I am not looking for this game to come out in 2012 . Predicting a great game is like trying to predict the weather yeah it can be done but you never really know for sure .

Actually, Diablo 3 is looking at a Q1 2012 release. Beta has been out for a while now. Expect it to be on shelves by April or May at the latest.

Agreed. Gameplay aside, I love the story, epicness, cinemetography, etc. I really hope that the 3rd and final game is the best out of all of them. More than anything, I'm interested to see how the story wraps up.

My "sky is falling" attitude has been changed as well after watching some vids and reading more regarding the MP. It will be Co-op ONLY and you use a seperate character from the SP but your progress in MP "can" help you in the main storyline but won't effect it directly if you don't do MP.
I really wanna see how it wraps up as well, tho heck I still have some of the ME2 DLC storylines I still haven't finished...:shadedshu

For me it will undoubtedly be Risen 2, Dark Waters.

After wasting a lot of hours of my life on the sprawling borefest which is Skyrim, I am really hankering after a truly immersive open world free roaming RPG with a bit of individualistic panache and style that I dont need to try and force myself to enjoy just cos the whole world is telling me its amazing.

ME3 I wont even bother looking at....Its Bioware, its American scriptwriters writing to appeal to the mainstream....its gonna be a lame epic borefest extraordinnaire just like the other two were and every character in it is gonna be a grade A gaylord....again.

My vote, I've got to go with South Park: The Game. Dark horse, right? I view this as two nerds, that have enough power to say how they want the game, sitting in the driver's seat. These guys have an excellent sense of humor, amazing timing, and enough capital and clout to make a decent game. Hopefully, the underdog will get their chance to shine amongst all the sequel cash-ins....Hopefully...

They're on the release schedule and games are still damn expensive. I was lucky to buy the retail DEAD SPACE 2 - Collector's Edition for $20 + tax at Best Buy last month as a personal Holiday present. Though I'm not going to play it until I finish DEAD SPACE 1 of course.

No idea but unless if it hasn't been announced, would there be a TOTAL WAR title for this year? There has been the last three consecutive years.
