best gpu for 3x1080p

As title says I am looking to run triple 1080p screens in eyefinity.
Current pricing where I am at is:

$800 for Nv 590
$729 for Ati 6990
$700 for Ati 7970
$560 for Nv 580 3G
$485 for Nv 580 1.5G
$400 for Ati 6870X2 (+25 postage) (stock 6870 spec x2 @ 1Gx2)
$360 for Ati 6970
$340 for Nv 570
$280 for Ati 6950 2G
$267 for Ati 6950 1G

$590 for Nv 560 Ti 2G x 2
$430 for Nv 560 Ti 1G x 2

assuming less wouldn't be enough

I currently own (and play):

BF3
MW3
SC2
WOW
Skyrim
NFS: The Run

assuming BF3 is the most stressful of these. But I'd like to be able to reliably run them all
without seriously reduced settings.

For nVidia cards you would need to run SLI, not that they are incapable but for nvidia surround it requires 2 cards. 6970 2GB would be enough, although a pair of 560ti 448 core would make everything run super smooth if you can find them at a decent price.

EDIT:
NFS The Run has an FPS lock @ 30, not that great of a game but decent. Your main concern would have to be BF3 with it needing quite a bit of vram buffer, again why I pointed out 2GB for the card.

was looking at 6950 2G for a while til I heard of the impending 7950 release.
I recently found the 6870x2 at $400 and am seriously intrigued by the idea
of something relatively rare. Probably wont make any movies til the full
release of 7950 and hopefully some price drops on the 69xx cards.

I am fully aware of the frame buffer issues with the 1G cores on a 6870x2.
Not exactly sure what to do about that

id go with the 7990 as it will do the job right now has oc headroom plus it already pumps some gfx right from the off beaten only by a 6990 or gtx590 just but thats not ocd

Don't bother with the 6870x2, you can get a cheaper set of 460 1GB SLI that would potentially perform very very close to the same for much cheaper, not to mention perform between a 6950 and a 570. This is why I said to go the 6950 2GB, seems to be your best option from a price/perf standpoint.
