Yes, but the voltage on the gskill is lower than the stock voltage on the supertalent, might need to up the voltage on the gskill, 2.1v wont kill it though.
EDIT: when I say up the voltage on the Gskill I mean just up the voltage on the motherboard BIOs for RAM, you might not need to as the supertalent might run on 1.8-1.9v.

As long as I can run the new ram at a higher voltage and just let it waste the extra power, I'll be fine. My computer isn't lacking for power in the slightest.

It's never a good idea to mix and match different memory sticks. Specially when the voltage is rated differently between them. You better off getting a new set if you want to increase your memory. Or try to buy more of what you already have (make/model/brand, etc).

Both kits run at 5-5-5-15 so the only thing that would require any tweeking would be the voltage.
My best guess would be to try the 1.9v first on a manual bios setting then if there were any issues to try 2.0v then 2.1v... going for the lowest V value I could, maybe start at the 1.8v and see how it flies..or not.
It is possible that if you have bios set to "auto" that it may work as well. It may be worth it too see how the system "auto configures" the ram settings for some sort of base line.
Could try "ebay" for the second set.

There are some RAM which possibly do not like being mixed.
Corsair fanbois point that out on their forums and will try to blame the fault on you.
They're about as bad as SapphireTech forums.
For example, Corsair XMS2 , even though seeming absolutely identical in speeds and looks, they can have different mem ICs if purchased at a later date which can cause instability between the sticks.
