Mobility Radeon 4570 wrong pcie

Hello.
I have a notebook with a mobile ati radeon 4570 512 mb (not shared), running on an Athlon 64 X2 QL-64, chipset 780g (NorthBridge) and SB700 (SouthBridge) as CPU-Z says.
But here's the weird thing: running GPU-Z it shows me that the GPU is "pci-e 2.0 x16 @ x16 1.1".
Lurking on the web I found that either the mobile 4570, either the desktop as much as the mobile version of the 780G chipset, should always be pci-e 2.0.
I don't understand then why it keeps showing me that.
I've tried to run the integrated gpu-z's render-test, even full screen, with no luck at all.
Tried to upgrade drivers, several time until those recent 12.1 ones..... still no avail....
I know it's much of a "cosmetic/aestethic" issue, since for such a low-performance card, the difference between pcie 1.1 and 2.0 it's kind of unnoticeable (almost), but I would like to fix it no matter what, for personal reasons more like...
Can anybody please at least try to help me?
Thank you in advance...

Put load on the GPU and check GPU-Z again. It's a power saving feature, nothing to fix.

I DID put load, or at least so it have to be: see the question mark on the right? I clicked it, then ticked "Render in full-screen (for Crossfire / SLI)" and clicked on Start Render Test.
This is the result:

I use Windows Vista Home Premium x86-32 SP2 up-to-date.
Actual catalyst drivers 12.1, but I had the same issue with 11.12 and all the previous driver releases.
Power management is set to High performance.
If that render test is not right, what should I use?
Thank you in advance.

EDIT:
I did another test: I connected a 2nd monitor to the laptop via the vga connector, launched gpu-z 0.5.8, moved it to 2nd monitor, launched 3dmark03 and made it run, still no avail: the pcie still runs at 1.1, the gpu load goes 100%.

Some more info: my laptop is a Packard Bell EasyNote TJ61-SB-008-IT.
Athlon 64 X2 QL-64
4 GB RAM DDR2 667
ATI Radeon 4570 512 MB (Mobile)
250 GB HDD Seagate Momentus (Now I upgraded it to a Samsung 640 GB) sata2
CPU-Z still says it have a 780G Chipset rev. 00 with Southbridge SB700 rev. 00

It is interesting that GPUz is reporting your card to be PCIe 3.0 when it should be 2.0.
I don't know exactly what is going on, but the 780G might be allocating lanes to the IGP? Is their a way to disable the IGP in the bios? Try that.

You misunderstood: it's erocker that posted his gpu-z screenshots, not me.

haha yes I did.
In any case, try disabling the IGP.

There's no IGP setting on the bios, and I already flashed the latest bios for my laptop :(

Any other idea?
Maybe I'll try to install windows xp x32 sp3 and latest drivers just to test it again on a spare hdd i have, but I fear it won't help :(

I wonder if it has anything to do with A-Link Express II?
