Hi every one

After few weeks I bought a graphic card 9500GT around 19$
when I try it on my PC it's doesn't work ( dead ) only fan it's work

So when I try to return it the cost of shipping take around 15$. The deal was buyer pay for return. I can't spent that money for return. And ... he... end of story

The problem

The problem is when I put this card no thing come from screen, no light :twitch:
but fan is work.

I try to solve this problem and I think there is something missing, but not sure

Missing part isn't the issue. That capacitor is for the VRM above it which is also missing and was never installed from the factory. It also uses a solid cap instead of a chem-cap in one place. Try flashing the bios on it.

Also, try reseating the cooler, perhaps the thermal paste has dried up, it's overheating and shutting down.

Sounds to me like its a bad card. Also might want to check your power supply to make sure it can push that card. Years ago I upgraded from the 6800 GT to the 9600 GT and had similar issues and it was the PSU.
