This fan is of a turbine type, so it should work just fine, especially for such a cut-off chip

Kind of a strange looking card.. It's got the intake vents below the fan like the GTX480, and but it's not a particularly hot chip. It also seems to be shorter than the GTX460.

I'd want to see the performance VS a 460SE. The 560SE has better clocks, but the 460SE has a wider memory interface. I'd be willing to bet there is very little difference between the two.

If this thing is more then 140 bucks, its too much.

It's supposed to compete with amd 7770 wich is $160 so...not worth it.

Looks the same, kind of, but definitely isn't the same. The fan on the GTX460 was only 1 slot tall, because it sat on top of the PCB and the components on the PCB took up one slot worth of space. The fan on this GTX560 is two slots tall, more like the GTX465/470. So it should be pretty quiet cooling such a weak chip, depending on the actual heatsink used of course.
