Most of you probably know Spire from their cooling solutions and maybe their enclosures. However, the fact is that Spire actually has a rich portfolio of PSU products with capacities ranging from 400W to 1200W (RockIT II). Recently they released a new PSU series, called BlackDragon and they were kind enough to send us the 400W model for review.

How can you give this an 8? Price too hogh, no ocp, fake specifications, etc etc, this psu deserves a 3 or lower.

easy. I use the performance table and the performance per dollar table, although in the last one I used the MSRP price which is always higher than the retail.
