Which memory would be better for benching?

CMT6GX3M3A2000C8 this is for the 3x2 set the 1 im lookin at is same except 2x2

F3-16000CL6T-6GBPIS 6-9-6-24

also some kingston hyper x which 2 x 1 which person says run 2200mhz 6-10-6-27-1t which dk what they are at the moment

i know one is tri channel and one is dual channel im running z68 at the moment but just bought a GA-X79-UD7 and picking up a 3930K in few weeks.

idk if either are good but can pick up for reasonably cheap

the cl6 memory should be faster. check the ivy bridge reviews tomorrow, i'm sure someone did memory timings analysis.

my guess is nothing faster than cl7 @ 1600 mhz will have any significant gains (unless you increase bclk of course)

thanks so cant really tell much difference from 7-7-7 @ 1600 and 6-9-6 @ 2000? i think what you are saying.

for benching you want mhz and then once you get it as fast as you can tighter is better as it will show up in your scores.

real world you wont notice much going from cas9 1333 to cas 6 1600 or cas 10 2400 tbh.

you'll see some difference between 1333 cl9 and cl8 1600 IMO, the gainst are much less after cl8/9 1600 I think.
