Paragon C++ Runtime Error - Need Help

Hey guys, I've went back to attempting ton stall OS X on one of my machines again and I managed to find a working recovery image that can be used directly using Paragon Hard Disk Manager, same goes with the HDD formatting of a partition.

The problem is I get this error when I launch ANY Paragon software.




Any ideas? I've tried updating the C++ redist and so on to no avail.

Edit 1: I forgot to mention the error occurs on both my laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and the machine in my system specs.

What did event viewer say?


I never used that software. Which MVC++ it requires 2005, 2008, 2010?

Checked the event viewer, found nothing, any location in particular I have to look in?

The software is the latest, late 2011 or early 2012, not sure, and I have both MVC++ 2008 and 2010 updated, and I believe some of my application did install MVC++ 2005.

That message is displayed when Abort() is called (either explicitly or implicity through the terminate function).
A failed ASSERT will toss this one out too.
This is most commonly caused by an unhandled exception.

Are you using a IE plug-in with this? Try disabling the plug-in or shutting off script debugging in IE.

Was looking in that section before, there was nothing related, tried again now, same thing.

Not using anything related to IE but I still checked and script debugging was already disabled.

I've also tried previous versions of products from the same line, still the same result.

MS updates did some stuff with the fast search functionality that was causing people grief with these error. I don'thave a specific link for you, but maybe look at that too.

I have seen that issue around, but not the fix for it so far. I have no idea what the problem might be since it's happening on 2 OS, one of them is basically almost clean. Could it be something within Visual Studio 2010 that has conflicted?

The fact it is happening on 2 OSs may not be a significant factor as MS may have made a similar change in updates to both.
I don't know N-Gen, but I'll keep looking to see if I can find something that may prove useful to you.

My laptop is not updated since SP1, and same with my desktop machine until yesterday when I tried updating to double check. I had a friend of mine test the software on Win 7 Ultimate 64 SP1 with no updates and there weren't any issues whatsoever.
